About Us
We offer complete, comprehensive routine eye examination including inspection of several areas of the eyes. The structures of the front of the eye, such as the lids and lashes, the pupils, the white of the eye, composed of the conjunctiva and sclera are inspected for infections and inflammations.

Doctor Biographies
| Dr. Angelo Aiello |
Dr. Angelo Aiello, who graduated from Moorestown Senior High School, is a 1968 graduate of Glassboro State College, now Rowan University, with a BA in Education. His teaching career was interrupted by three years in the US Army, including a year in Vietnam, working with 5th Special Forces as a special agent in counterintelligence.
He graduated from The Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1978 and has been in private practice in Riverside and Delran since then.
In 1983, Dr. Aiello started his specialty in geriatric optometry, helping to build Senior Medical Services, the largest provider of nursing home eye care in the Delaware Valley, serving almost 100 nursing facilities. Recognizing the increasing demand for home health services, his office has begun to offer house calls for those unable to leave their homes for eye care or glasses. It is anticipated that this aspect of the practice will grow considerably in the future.
Since 1987, Dr. Aiello has been working with the ORCHID Foundation, which supports a home/school for destitute and orphaned children in the Dominican Republic. He is married with two sons and a daughter and resides in Mt. Laurel, NJ.

| Dr. Jo Ann (Talbot) Bailey |
Dr. Jo Ann (Talbot) Bailey was born and raised in Cinnaminson. She graduated from Cinnaminson High School in 1987 and then attended Bucknell University. After graduating with a bachelor’s of science in biology, Dr. Bailey attended The New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA. She graduated from the New England College of Optometry in 1995 as class valedictorian and completed her residency in pediatrics and binocular vision at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia. Currently, Dr. Bailey resides in Cinnaminson with her husband, Dan, and two daughters.
Dr. Bailey has been providing eye care with Dr. Aiello since 1997. In addition to providing primary eye care services, including routine eye exams, contact lenses, diseases of the eye, pre and post operative lasik, and cataract care, Dr. Bailey provides vision therapy and rehabilitation to children and adults. Vision therapy treats eye teaming, eye focusing, eye tracking, and visual processing deficits in patients who are struggling in school, adults who have discomfort when reading or using the computer, and in patients with traumatic brain injury or developmental delays. Dr. Bailey continues to teach optometry at The Pennsylvania College of Optometry of Salus University, where she has been employed since 1995. She has participated in several National Institute of Health research studies investigating myopia and amblyopia. Dr. Bailey has lectured nationally and internationally on the topics of pediatric eye care, strabismus and amblyopia, and learning related vision problems. Dr. Bailey is a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry (FAAO) and an associate of the College of Optometrists in Vision Development. |
